Over the last year, our team have been working remotely, and as many have found, this can be quite challenging and often can be very lonely - however appealing it might seem at first. But over this time, I know my colleagues and managers have been looking out for me and genuinely care about how I am feeling. Even more importantly,?you know that the Senior Management team are always ready to listen and actually help out - it’s not just lip service. You are seen as a person, rather than just an employee that gets paid each month.?
