'On average you are at work over 2000 hours a year, which is a long time in anyone’s book. I have worked for many companies during my working life and have come to realise that the most important thing is that you believe in the company you work for and they believe in you. Over the last year, our team have been working remotely, and as many have found, this can be quite challenging and often can be very lonely - however appealing it might seem at first. But over this time, I know my colleagues and managers have been looking out for me and genuinely care about how I am feeling. Even more importantly,?you know that the Senior Management team are always ready to listen and actually help out - it’s not just lip service. You are seen as a person, rather than just an employee that gets paid each month.?
