Working Remotely

In line with Italian government directives, my company asked all the employees to work from home in order to prevent #Coronavirus spread. This is the first time that I am #workingremotely at home and let me say that it is a good method.
Actually me and my other team members are constantly communicating on #Hangouts and even carrying out meetings through #MicrosoftTeam
Naturally, there are also pros and cons of working in this way.
Let me start with some pros like saving time and money because you are staying home and you don't need to move to reach the office and to pay travel costs. You feel less stressed which leads you to be more productive and to improve your #selforganization and #problemsolving skills.
But to list some cons I would say that after some time you could miss social relations and interactions closely with your colleagues. And especially in my opinion, one of the relevant cons could be the fact that you have to work in presence of kids at home like what exactly happens these days due to school closures. It will be much easier if they are at school during your working hours.
I know that many companies were already using this method but now due to this emergency it is becoming more and more widespread.
Personally, if I am supposed to keep working remotely, I prefer to do that not for the whole week but maybe only for 3 days out of 5.
That would be great if you share your experience as well.
