Through the application of our real-world business leadership experience, we aim to cultivate a true partnership with Visionaries of small businesses running on EOS?.? And with “EOS? Purity” as our #1 core value, we pride ourselves on modeling what pure EOS? looks like in the day-to-day operations of our clients.?

Fractional?

We share a portion of our time with you - one day per week - and you get all of the benefits of our expertise at a fraction of the cost of a full-time “Dedicated Integrator.”?

Integrators

We are huge fans and genuine practitioners of the EOS? toolset and we have the hands-on experience to back up that understanding. We naturally and fully GWC? the Integrator seat as described in the book Rocket Fuel by Mark C. Winters.

What We Do

Members of the True Fractional Integrator Community are, in essence, outsourced Integrators, who use real-world leadership experience to help navigate, manage, and “integrate” all aspects of the businesses in companies that are running on EOS?.?

So, in short, we bridge the communicative and logistical gaps between your business’ big beautiful vision and its operations.?

We work closely with the Visionary business owner and their leadership team on a weekly basis to ensure that the plans for the quarter are actually getting done.? We sit elbow-to-elbow with our team at every Implementer-led Quarterly and Annual Planning Session so that we put to use the full skill-set, experience, and knowledge a full-time Integrator would bring.??

Members of the True Fractional Integrator? Community provide the structure and accountability that are necessary to keep a business moving forward, always reaching for new heights. We coach, guide, and mentor the team and help identify strengths and opportunities for growth.?

We also identify aspects of the business that are not functioning correctly and direct the flow of energy to help everyone and every decision contribute to the overall vision of the business. In doing so, we save everyone time and resources, while also continuously elevating the business.?

Our goal is to be so successful in this that the business will practically run itself and eventually won’t need us anymore (FYI - We are actually always trying to work ourselves out of a job!).

Connect

We start out with a connection– you get to know us, and we get to know your business and your unique needs, goals, and aspirations. We’ll go over the foundational tools and overall process of bringing these needs, goals, and aspirations into harmony with your business’s processes and structure. Together, we’ll plan our next steps.? Sometimes, we jump right in by attending your next L10 or even a Quarterly Planning Session!

Initiate

Moving into phase two, we’ll really dive into the fine details of your business, curious to see how it’s functioning currently, and asking questions so that we can understand your WHY, WHAT, and WHO.? We’ll discuss long-term plans, quarterly goals, and weekly measures, plotting out what success looks like “big picture” and all the little details that will get you there. Did I mention we’ll ask a lot of questions?

Integrate

This is where we really start gaining #traction. At this point, we are helping guide teams through the new goals and setting them on the right path to achieve those goals.? We participate in an all Implementer-led Planning Sessions and hold our teams accountable in between Quarterlies to ensure that things stay on track.? We are meeting regularly with leadership, evaluating progress, and improving processes as we go.

Transfer

This is the end goal, where we leave you, with established leadership, and fully integrated teams, working together in the flow of the structure we’ve created together. The process is complete, everyone knows what is expected of them, and the business is running like a beautifully crafted clock.? What’s next depends on you and your team - We may identify a person in your organization with Integrator DNA that can be coached up or we can assist in an external search to find your perfect permanent Integrator.
