How is your organization rolling into “the new normal” in the workplace?

1. Leaders are out of touch with their employees as a result of “going digital” and most (not all) teams feel disconnected.
2. People have been working about 10% more since the covid pandemic began and now burnout is a big-time concern!
3. More than 40% of people say that are looking for new jobs right now and the number of job openings continues to increase!
#askyourself will your company be a magnet that attracts great talent looking to find a #purposedriven #peoplefirst environment? Or will your group be part of the trend – pushing people away, not taking time to listen to them, not aligning their skills, needs, and interests to the company purpose?
1. Facilitate #reentry meetings with your team! Listen to them. Hold “stay interviews,” ask what they need – see how they’re doing!
2. Set up a formal, structured #mentorship program to enable your entire community to work with one another and build each other up!
