Question: In which sector do you currently work?

Answer: Educational network in relation to dealing with the ESG Reporting Framework.

Question: Your work fears for the future. What are your biggest work-related fears for the future?

Answer: If the business community is not fully equipped to deal with environmental, social and global economic challenges then the business economic cycle may collapse and we can face a financial crisis as it was back in 2007-2008 when accountants were considered responsible for that crisis.

Question: You said your biggest work-related fear for the future is If the stakeholders of the ESG Framework are not fully equipped to deal with environmental, social and global economic challenges then the business economic cycle may collapse and we can face a financial crisis as it was back in 2007-2008 when accountants were considered the responsible for that crisis. Please can you tell us more about this – what is it about this area that's causing concern?

Answer: I am talking about the challenges of this era where it has been considered that all current economic challenges can be resolved with the help of the guidance available in the ESG Reporting Framework. ESG reporting frameworks provide guidelines and standards for organizations to disclose financial and non-financial performance along with its implications. Let's discuss the main areas where the Global Reporting Initiative is one of the most essential ESG reporting frameworks. It provides comprehensive guidelines for reporting on ESG issues. Another framework is the International Integrated Reporting Council and they are promoting the integration of financial and non-financial information into a single report. Similarly, there are some projects to deal with carbon disclosure projects and they are working on environmental disclosure, especially in terms of carbon emissions and climate-related data. It encourages companies to report their environmental data to investors and the general public at large. The task force in relation to environmental-related financial disclosures is monitoring climate-related financial disclosures in order to provide a framework for companies to disclose information related to the financial impact of climate change on their business.

The United Nations sustainable development goals provide a global framework for sustainable development and many organizations align their ESG reporting with these goals to demonstrate their contributions to global sustainability. These are the important areas where the global business community need to show their will and to apply these factors otherwise we can face serious consequences.....

Question: How would you like to see your organisation help more with mental health management, if at all?

Answer: Although my organisation is so careful in dealing with our mental health management but I expect that my organisation should build more trust among employees since trust is one of the important tool to deal with mental health management. Trust develops a sense of commitment and ownership. Both factors have a leadership role in human management because it helps to create effective decision-making skills among employees at the right time along with effective utilization of resources in a given time period. And the organisation's success normally revolves around the effective utilisation of resources. Although trust is not a modern concept but it can help to cover our modern challenges in order to make us self-esteem among employees. Finally, I can say that Trust is a journey where the destination is self-actualisation.

Question: What concerns, if any, do you have around how your employer approaches equity, diversity and inclusivity in the workplace?

Answer: Although there is no major concern in relation to equity, diversity and inclusivity in the workplace but sometimes faced challenges in place to address equity, diversity and inclusion of EDI concerns. In addition to this, insufficient training on EDI topics leads to misunderstanding.

Question: How could your current employer better support your career development, if at all?

Answer: Although I am equipped to deal with future economic challenges but the employer can introduce some guidance in order to uplift the career development of the employees where mentorship or coaching programs should be prioritized to enhance the knowledge, skills and expertise of the employees. This guidance can help employees in order to navigate their career paths.
