Working from home

Why is working from home still a taboo for many companies? Offering flexibility when working is not only practical (saves me a two-hour commute) but a free engagement and motivational tool. I achieve much more in one day at home than three days in the office. Does it matter that my morning calls I may be in my Pj's? Or that when I have lunch, I can also hang out my washing? And it doesn't have to be in your home. I love driving over to Rutland Water on a beautiful sunny day and making that my base for the day. How many of you work from home? Do you feel you are more productive at home?
The Lady and her Trampers (well all drivers actually!) I’m driven to create positive change for the industry that keeps us ALL moving. ?? Calling all drivers to RATE, REVIEW, RECOMMEND, and stop accepting ??
6 年I’m very productive at home Lisa Haggar, my role with Chrysalis Consulting is the first time I’ve worked from home for part of the week, and I absolutely love it!
