Working Environment

While playing guitar yesterday, I remebered about the wonderful experience in the animal shelter here in durgapur.

There is no competitive environment or there is someone who wants to prove better. There was a workshop for understanding basic treatments for curing dogs. everyone knows the procedure and everyone who came to learn wants to learn.

If our working environment would be like the above! Once I saw a infographic by Liz and Mollie about the people who are working with the problem are in separate position to the problem they are working with.

I really felt that in the animal shelter. The team work of helping out animals in practical ways.
