WORKFORCE/LOCALISATION SPECIALIST HUMAN RESOURCES QATAR (ENGLISH AS FIRST LANGUAGE)

 

Drive Strategic Workforce/localisation Planning for Energy Sector to achieve overall talent planning alignment

Develop short/medium/long term workforce/localisation plans by collecting/consolidating required reports/data from organizations

Review/monitor/provide progress on strategic workforce planning/localisation of organizations to ensure compliance in line with approved business plan

Provide executive reports as requested

Develop guidelines/conduct engagement sessions (workshops) with organizations to ensure buy-in/compliance with guidelines/timeline

Provide periodical updates on localisation reports to ensure alignment with strategic localisation plan

Be point of contact on talent management strategies/solutions/provide guidance/consultation

Lead preparation/facilitation for annual Workforce/localisation Planning cycle

10 years’ experience in large organization with focus on Strategic Workforce Planning/analytics

Proven consulting/process/project management skills/change management in driving performance/ delivering result

Experience in quantitative/statistical analysis

BSc Business Management/HR or relevant
