What is Workforce Planning?

Workforce planning consists of both looking at your organization’s historical data, as well as looking to the future to anticipate changes, both internally and externally. A strong workforce plan will allow you and your business to execute on all your goals and deadlines on time, on budget, and with minimal stress.
How Do I Create A Workforce Plan?
