Meet Akilan G, the Centre Manager of WorkEZ Urban Square in OMR. With his exceptional management skills, Akilan G coordinates operations at WorkEZ Urban Square in OMR. He is responsible for managing the efficient functioning of Urban Square and generating desk and non-desk revenues. Through his professional expertise, he handles the client experience and guest experience activities at the centre. His centre won the Quarter Pioneers, setting the standard for excellence by acquiring over 20 clients within the last quarter.

Why was your Centre Team adjudged the Quarter Pioneers for the previous quarter? Tell us about your team's accomplishments.

Since the centre's opening in April 2022, the team here have onboarded over 20 clients with a total capacity of over 2000 seat, just in the last quarter. The team worked dedicatedly to ensure a smooth and hassle-free move-in for our clients at Urban Square. The centre team accomplished this incredible feat by working day and night, sometimes working alongside cross-functional teams and external vendors.

What is the biggest thing working at WorkEZ has given you? Something you will always cherish?

The best thing I cherish is coming to work every day. I get to meet my extended family at WorkEZ, which starts right from the gate security to senior management like the Head of the company. Whenever I require something, the team here is always approachable and eager to help.
