Position Overview:

As a Workday Adaptive Consultant, you will play a critical role in assisting organizations with their budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning needs. This fully remote contract position allows you to work with leading businesses across various industries, helping them enhance their financial decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday Adaptive Planning solutions tailored to client needs.
• Develop and maintain financial and workforce models for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure seamless integration between Workday Adaptive Planning and other financial systems for accurate data flow.
• Conduct scenario analysis to support informed financial and workforce decisions.
• Create customized dashboards and reports that provide insights into financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide training and support to clients, ensuring effective use of Workday Adaptive Planning tools.
• Collaborate closely with finance and HR teams to gather requirements and deliver successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Workday Adaptive Consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning features and functionalities.
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, workforce planning, and forecasting processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools is a plus.
• Experience with integrating Workday Adaptive Planning with other financial systems is preferred.
