We all have flaws that we need to work on. If you just read this and said, 'Not me!'... You just found your flaw! Find the areas you are weak at and don't hide them. Work on strengthening the areas you are weak at. The stronger you become in those areas the better your strengths will become and the more rounded you will be. Work on your flaws and have a blessed day!
