MY CLIENTS ALWAYS JOKE THAT BEING A MODEL IS SUCH HARD WORK.?

Thats because I’m always asking you to channel your inner yogi and work that core!! We don’t want any slouching photos here, thank you very much :)

Being mindful of your posture is very important. So, to help you look awesome in your photos, imagine a string pulling you up straight from the top of your head and turn on those tummy muscles to support each pose.?

Don’t worry, you won’t be looking as stiff as a board. I’ll direct you into poses that work best for each shot. Your core work is just there for support. Yes, its hard work, but it’s totally worth it.
