Work is what you do, not where you sit – stay remote!
For 11 years, we’ve trusted our team to work remotely, allowing them the freedom to work
from anywhere. Our office is always open, but it’s the Trust, Flexibility, and Mutual
Respect that really drive our success.
?
We have learnt that when you work remotely:
● Your 'office' is wherever you want it to be – Paris, Manali, or your backyard
● The only traffic you’ll face is a pet blocking your way to the coffee machine
● Dress codes become optional – pyjamas, sometimes topped with the formal shirt (Jacket, Tie) are the officially work attire!
● You can work from a hammock, your couch, or a mountain top (Wi-Fi permitting!)
● You can slip in a yoga session or laundry load between meetings
?
As a business, remote work means you have:
● Reduced operational costs and scalable operation
● Access to a global talent pool
● Better work-life balance for employees
● Stronger employee ownership
● More open communication
?
And this is what our employees feel about remote working:
● “Remote work means my boss trusts me, even when I’m answering emails in my
slippers; I won't break that trust” Pelumi Oyediji
● “My house is my office, my productivity is proof – remote work just works” Delmee Pinto
● “Remote work allows me to stay connected with my team while managing my
personal responsibilities” SANGEETHA BAJAJ ?
● “Remote work helps me create a more balanced day by eliminating the stress of
Commuting” GHAZALA I
So, yes, with remote work, you might miss playing TT, sharing snacks, or coffee chats, but you won’t have to fight for parking, deal with thermostat wars, awkward elevator talk, or aloud co-worker. Plus, we still have our outings and annual holiday together!
?
Remember: Success isn’t tied to location, it’s tied to mind-set.
It’s time to rethink where success can happen?
