In the first few sessions, we establish first-level goals, usually these are a combination of what you want more of and what you want less of.?
Then we look at the first-level obstacles and identify the neuroscience-based brain hacks that ?????? ?????? ???????? ???????????? ???? ??????????????????????, ?????? ???????? ??????, to start feeling and seeing shifts.?
(Every leader is always shocked by how fast they start hitting their goals already by the third session).?
Then we work to integrate the shifts and set next-level goals.?The time we spend working together can begin with 6 months to a year to start but that depends on what I see in our first communications along with your goals.?
