Republican candidate Vivek Ramaswamy declared he would gut the H1-B visa program.

He says he would replace the lottery system with “meritocratic admission.”

But from 2018-2023, USCIS approved 29 H1-B visas for his company.

The children of immigrants himself, Ramaswamy has also called for an end to birthright citizenship.
