Work 'til you drop? Not, says Gen Z

Elon Musk's grind culture doesn’t hold much appeal for younger Americans — at least not over the long haul. Members of Gen Z, defined by the Pew Research Center as those born after 1997, don’t want to work until they drop.

They don’t want to hustle themselves into exhaustion and burnout. And they want to retire earlier, according to a new survey. The oldest are now aged 25, so it’s a siren call for financial advisors to think about how to make that long-term vision for their next client demographic happen.
