Last week, we explained scholarships as a way to receive money for students and know where to find them. Another way to get free money is by doing work-study from your university/college. Here we will give you tips on how to find work-study as an alternative way to receive money:

1- Find a job on or off campus! Having a job on or off campus can give you money to pay off your tuition.

2- Paid internships are a good way to receive money. Not only do you receive money, but internships are another way to learn more about your major and build your skills to put on your resume.

3- Talk to your financial aid! By having a conversation with your financial aid, they can give you options on how they can help you. Some colleges/ universities give out pell grants for their students and give students some grants for doing non-paid internships.
