1 个月Chronic stress often stems from more than just workload. It's usually about misalignment such as when you're operating outside your strengths or when there's a lack of clarity in your role. While flexible work options and support from management are key ingredients, you also need to actively manage your energy, not just your time. When you focus on what fuels and drains you, you can make strategic shifts that make stress less of a constant. I think that's what makes burnout and stress management such a challenging thing to tackle, because there are so many facets to the root of the issue, that there just can't be a one-size-fits-all approach. You essentially have to tackle it from all angles.
