Work Smarter, Not Harder

It seems that my theme this week is EFFICIENCY. As someone who has been in Business for over 30 years and transforms Businesses and their owners from 'good' to great, I can confidently say that...Business is simple.

Business is simple when you know (and correctly implement) proven strategies and techniques, and have an expert who has 'been there, done that' to support and guide you on every aspect from Legalities to Social Media management; from poor leadership to building a strong, loyal team.

If you want to continue on the exciting journey to real success - whatever that means to you - my simple advice is to work SMARTER, not harder. Value productivity and long-term success over long, slow days sat in the office working at well below your full potential. A common comeback to this is 'that's easier said than done'. We wish we could change the way we work, but we don’t really know how.

One in six UK entrepreneurs can't reach their full potential because they don’t know how to run a business or how to market themselves – and they don’t have the confidence to do so. Don't allow yourself to be limited or constricted by a lack of knowledge and support that you could so easily gain by investing your time, effort and money in things that provide real RESULTS and significant ROI.

Working smarter requires you to commit to LEARNING and SELF-EDUCATION. Working smarter requires you to choose smarter.

1. Don't know how the difference between a 'direct message' and 'LinkedIn inmail', the correct way to Hashtag or reply to a public customer review? Do you...

a. Spend valuable hours trying to figure it out? OR

b. Complete the 90% funded Digital Marketing Apprenticeship alongside your full-time role, utilising the 1:1 support and gaining up-to-date training on all major platforms?

2. If you are feeling overwhelmed, confused, stressed, lost, snowed under do you...

a. Continue working deep WITHIN your business until you eventually and inevitably burn yourself out because you 'can do it by yourself'/'don't need any help'/have no other choice'? OR

b. Invest in an expert Business Coach who acts as your right-hand man, relieving a great deal of stress, and guiding you in the most efficient, FUN and proven ways to success?

Do you see the difference, the time saved and stress lifted, just by making SMARTER choices? These are just two examples of the endless questions and situations that you face as a business owner. Make it as easy as possible for yourself, and remember that #BusinessSuccess can be simple, if you make the right choices.
