  • Is your "to-do" list constantly growing, never shrinking?
  • Do you find yourself working late every night and even on weekends?
  • Are you constantly on edge, feeling irritable and easily frustrated?
  • Have you lost interest in hobbies and activities you used to enjoy?

These are all signs that you might be approaching overload. Don't wait until you're on the brink!

Don't Suffer in Silence: Seeking Help

If you're struggling, don't hesitate to seek help:

  • Talk to your manager: Open communication can lead to adjustments in workload or deadlines.
  • Employee assistance programs (EAPs): Many companies offer confidential counseling and support services.
  • Mental health professionals: Therapists can provide tools for managing stress and anxiety.

This is the second suicide I've seen in less than a month. My heart breaks seeing how OFF-balance our work world is. The one thing we need to keep in mind: our company's job isn't to save us. We have to start with ourselves.
