It might not have been the career I dreamt about since I was a child, but it has developed into a true passion. It’s been over ten years since I first entered the world of recruitment, and I pride myself on being a trustworthy, understanding, and genuinely helpful recruitment partner.

For over a decade I have helped companies and consultants to complete their projects on time and within budget. Predominantly in the UK and DACH regions but I have also worked on projects in the Middle East and APAC as well as wider Europe. I’m a senior recruitment consultant with Harrington Boyd, and trusted in the world of SAP, working with programme managers and directors to find the best talent and cultural fit for your projects.

It’s not about the numbers, it’s about the people. I take my time to get to know candidates, learning what makes them tick, and who they are as a person. Because for me, the best way to recruit is to make sure it’s a right fit for both candidate and client, not just skill matching but personality matching too. Plus, it makes it more fun for everyone, not just stuck talking business.

You couldn’t ask for a more honest recruiter! I’m not being egotistical here; I mean it when I say I will always tell the truth, after all I am here as a consultant to help you not just nod and list out all the “nice to haves” to then come back 2 weeks later and say I can’t find anyone. I will always get back to you and won’t leave you waiting in the wind, as I mention in the title I’m not about to try and sell you on a unicorn either.

You know what I do, and you’ve a good idea about how I can help, but do you know me? I have always believed in building relationships that go beyond work. It’s about getting to know each other on a deeper level than just business, it’s almost impossible for me to not want to know about your pets, favourite holiday destinations and family!

Who am I?

Let’s start with names. Hi, I’m Felicity.

I’m not just a professional recruiter, I’m a professional tea drinker, you can often find me with my cup in hand. In my world the working day cannot start without a good cup of tea. Always Yorkshire Gold!

Because of the way I do business and the relationships I build with my candidates and clients; I get work with many exclusively and I love that they trust me and choose to work with me every time.

If you’re still on the fence about working with me, I’m also a big fan of cats, and in fact all animals really. So please feel free to bring along your fluffy friends to any meeting with me or show them on Teams. My cat Zeus often likes to make an appearance on all my online meetings.
