Work Life Balance - Ultimate Mantra...!

" Human -beings are always influenced by family , quality of education , experience , work culture , geographical and global exposure , society and so on . Being a professional , while leading and influencing our family or people around the organization , we are having two option - either to align with work and give 100% priority or to give priority to the family . In todays global competition, we are unconsciously and consciously aligned with excessive stress on work than investment on self and family and happiness , thus resulting in a disbalance in our day to day life . We are persistently on a speed dial in pursued our goal , while it is not only the mantra in our life or work .  Time has come to stop, introspect - think and go back to our basic inner -core-values and control our momentum  to accelerate Speed and excellence  . It is not the quantity or number of hours we invest to work in any organization ,rather there is need to invest more creative and emotional and qualitative thinking and collaboration ,resulting excellence in self actualization , introspection and enhancing work life balance and quality of service and product . Workaholic or imbalance  organization culture will collapse the quality and creativity of human being and try to block the emotional and innovation quotient of people having high degree of potential . Whereas high degree of emotional quotient , happiness in family / work life balance  will create a culture of bondage and collaboration and also high degree of productive engagement and trust amongst the employee . In todays competitive and ever changing environment , unless we treat all employee as a Partner / Family member /Owner of the institution /organization and convert our workplace as a Family and let the freedom ,autonomy and flexibility and transparency and equal opportunity be there to accelerate our Happiness Quotient (HQ ), we may not be able to create a culture of Great Place to work for . Therefore ....the question is , who will take the lead to transform the culture of happiness  ....is it you , me ..AI .....or merely CEO .......! "

I feel employee has to respect each other and listen very ones voice and convince them as a teacher or Head of family member. I heard, Some of organisations culture is set on this way " this is cabin holder and need special attention" AND that is general desk employee , they don't need. But people does not know, they need more attention bcoz they are in growing stage and they need to learn more good things and carry a good image about the company for branding.
