I seriously struggle with disconnecting from work at the end of the day to, you know, actually live life. ?? It’s always something—whether it's answering messages on LinkedIn or TikTok, replying to emails, creating content, engaging on all the platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Threads), or texting clients. I’m basically working 24/7 unless I’m asleep! ?? Honestly, I’ve been like this since high school: juggling clubs, homework, volunteering, college classes… I think I might not know how to take a chill pill and just relax! ??
