Work Life Balance!

Everyone is busy in their daily life so much that they are unaware about the fact somewhere they have to balance their work-life as well.Work Life balance is an important aspect of life so from my experience i am sharing some point which can help in maintaining worklife balance.
a) Learn to say "No" - Sometime we have to say No to avoid disputes. Its better to say no then doing half or incomplete work. A great boss will appreciate your know if you will explain the reason behind your "No" in tactical manner.
(b) Prioritize your work always. Work that need immediate attention should be attend on priority basis and rest can follow.
(c) Multitasking is good but too much of everything is not good. Avoid doing too many task at similar time you will always end up doing half or incomplete work.
(d) Don't work to impress someone individual but do a work in a manner that everyone will impress with your work.
(e) Last but not the least "8 hours office should be dedicated for work and rest is your call to divide your time for yourself, family etc.
