Work-life balance

We all at some point struggle with work-life balance, stressing out , productivity decrease and much more.

The point is how we can deal with this problem -

Taking short breaks - Travelling , Enjoying any of our favorite stuffs could be helpful.

If we are dealing with mental health problems , we must accept and take a break for this to get to normal and then restart. Because an ounce of health costing for anything in return is not a good bargain.

If we feel pressure at work and things are not resulting well , we stress out, So here we can rather segregate or we can create a priority list and resolve things in that order.

Planning always helps to reduce anxiety at work.
