The Work That Happens Before the Breakthroughs
Chris Ducker
I help entrepreneurs grow their income and impact - without the burnout! Author, The Long Haul Leader (Sept '25)
I’m gearing up for a packed couple of weeks. First-up, today I’m heading to the U.S. for a book launch mastermind, where I’ll be deep in conversations with fellow entrepreneurs and authors, sharpening strategies for launching (and leveraging) a book for long-term success.
Events like these aren’t just about learning; they’re about building relationships, sharing insights, and walking away with ideas that can create real impact.
I always find that surrounding myself with the right people is one of the best investments I can make in my business. Which is why I continue to do it… year after year!
At the same time, my team and I have been laying the groundwork for our first Round Table Mastermind retreat of the year, which kicks off as soon as I get back. A lot goes into making these retreats powerful - curating the right mix of learning sessions for our members, inviting thought-provoking guest experts, picking amazing restaurants and other experiences… as well as designing an agenda that delivers maximum clarity and lotsa breakthroughs!
If there's one thing I've learnt over the last 12 years of running retreat like this is that the best mastermind experiences don’t just happen; they’re carefully designed to spark real transformation.
Whether you're preparing for a big event, a product launch, or even a major shift in your business, I encourage you to think about how you're setting yourself up for success. What’s one thing you can do today to ensure that your next big move isn’t just an experience - but a turning point?
Comment below. I'd love to know.
Also… Once I'm back, I'll be finalizing my own book launch plan for my third book, The Long-Haul Leader - which is being published by Hachette based in New York, this coming September.
I'll be looking for help in spreading the word - hope I can count on you!

Feeling overwhelmed by managing too many products and services?
I can assure you that you’re not alone.
Many entrepreneurs fall into the trap of creating a scattered mix of offers, hoping something sticks. But in reality, too many options can confuse potential clients and dilute your impact.
In my latest video, I break down a simple, streamlined offer ecosystem that allows you to attract, nurture, and convert clients seamlessly—without burnout. Instead of juggling disconnected products, this system ensures your audience progresses naturally from first discovering you to becoming loyal, high-value customers.
Here's a sneak peek of what you'll learn:
