Learn24x is looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and play a vital role in expanding our client base and driving growth.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through thorough market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers within potential client organizations.
- Develop and present compelling proposals that clearly demonstrate the value of Learn24x’s products and services.
- Lead negotiations and close deals while ensuring adherence to contractual terms.
- Manage and monitor the sales pipeline, providing regular forecasts and reporting on sales performance.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure business strategies are aligned.
- Keep updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in the education or technology sectors.
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
