- Receive, track, and qualify potential client leads
- Handle calls and work as a first point of contact.
- Differentiate between good and bad leads.
- Try to close the deals.
- Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system
- Provide initial information and guidance to potential clients on immigration matters
- Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries

- 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
- Working knowledge of US immigration law, family-based visas, employment-based visas and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Highly proficient in English language (speaking ,Reading and writing)
