Work From Everywhere
I am often asked what work from home for me is like? Some days are all spent on meetings as we try to coordinate a number of projects. Some days I shut out the world and just dive down into doing my work quietly, or putting together a post/organizing my google sheets. Some days it's a mix of both. Some days we need the comfort of home, while other days we need the comfort of colleagues. And not to forget, we can work from desk, kitchen table, carpet or bed.
Although one big question that has loomed over me during “Work From Home” is: Do I like my office and the social life of meeting my colleagues? To which I can safely give an answer now, YES! Yes I do and I miss them! I joined @creativemorph almost an year and half ago now and the team feels like a family to me. My biggest concern as a team lead was what if I loose touch with them? To answer that, if I have to be honest, to hold the team together in such an uncertain time has been tough, but I think I won’t be wrong to say we are a well put together team that gels in perfectly. We start our day at 12 with a Kickoff Meeting (I think it was meant to kick us off of our beds ) and discuss a random non-work related topic for 15 minutes. Like we discussed our favorite movies today, and if I could tell you one thing that we are doing right, its communication.
Our motto has been to be communicate , communicate and communicate!
