Work Experience at Active Dental

Active Dental is a dental clinic in Plano, Texas. Active Dental Plano Texas ’s goal is to provide patients with the best possible care in a supportive, compassionate environment. It was a blessing to start my journey as a front desk member with them while being a healthcare management student this past August. From day one Active Dental appeared more like a family than a team. They showed me the value of looking out for one another and the necessity of everyone doing their share to achieve the practice's vision.?

An important project I was a present for was switching our EHR from Eaglesoft to CareStack? - Dental Practice Management . There were many things I learned during my time there. It was through my experience at active dental that I was able to fully explore the different aspects of healthcare management and the crucial parts that everyone must play to keep a business running. I also learned that any business's consumers are the most vital component. If the clients are satisfied, your chances of success increase. I learned about the value of patient loyalty through Active Dental, as well as how it may affect both patients' and team members' quality of life. Shortly after I was hired, three additional front office team members were added to the team, and I guided them and led them in our daily tasks. I carefully considered which team members possessed the skills required for each task and made suggestions to guide them toward their strengths.
