Storage Field Trainer

The Storage Field Trainer is responsible for supporting field training and skills development of our Installation Teams, Service Technicians and all field personnel while also working with our design and engineering team to ensure what we design is aligned for success in the field. This position will be training personnel on how to properly install, troubleshoot, repair, service and/or maintain storage systems while also creating a tight feedback loop with our design and engineering team, leadership team and all other field personnel. This position will be a key resource for best practices and guidance on the safe installation of residential storage systems.

Requirements:

• MUST be 21 years of age or older
• MUST have a clean and valid driving record
• MUST be willing to travel 50% of the time although based on location half of the travel will likely be local to where you live
• At least 1 year of experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and serving residential energy storage systems
• Experience with Solaredge Energy Bank is a huge plus
• Experience with Tesla Powerwall and FranklinWH is also a major plus
• 1 year of experience in a training role and/or leadership position is a big plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal REQUIRED
• Proven safety record REQUIRED
• Excellent attendance record REQUIRED
• Excellent people skills are a MUST
• 2 years of prior electrical experience is a plus
• 2 years of prior work experience in the solar industry is a huge plus
• Familiarity with the current NEC and NFPA codes
• Ability to effectively identity and correct issues regarding all aspects of an energy storage installation

We are seeking a Solar Energy Consultant to join our ELITE TEAM of sales professionals. This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced Solar Consultant who is motivated to join an established organization with a track record of installing quickly and providing an incredible customer experience. The ideal candidate is self-driven, highly motivated, and ready to hit the ground running!

Requirements:

• CSLB License (or application pending)
• Proven track record of field sales experience and success
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated commitment to excellence
• Highly organized individual
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Comfort and confidence with computer hardware and software technologies utilized by salespeople to make and close the sale, including but not limited to: laptop, cell phone, CRM experience

Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the inventory, gear, equipment, tools and SWAG in each warehouse as well as assisting our Operations Manager and Fleet Manager with our vehicle fleet. Our equipment is our #1 cost driver so this is a critical role and the Warehouse Manager is the last line of defense on every project before the rubber literally hits the road and the project goes out for installation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, does well in a high-paced environment, is a self-starter, likes organization and is capable of the physical aspects of the job.

Requirements:

• MUST be able to lift 50 lbs and do other physically demanding work
• MUST be detail oriented in a fast paced environment
• MUST like organization and cleanliness
• MUST work well with others
• High school diploma or GED is preferred
• 2+ years of Warehouse experience is a plus and 1 of those years in a lead position is a huge plus
• Basic forklift skills are a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are a plus
• Basic computer literacy is a MUST
• Knowledge of electrical equipment is a plus, knowledge of solar equipment is a huge plus
