Work For a Bad Boss? You May Be in For a Surprise

You may have heard the saying, "It's not about what you know, it's about who you know." This is especially true when it comes to finding a job. Even if you have the perfect qualifications for a position, if you don't have the right connections, you may not get the job.

The same is true for keeping a job. Even if you're not the best at your position, if you have a good relationship with your boss, you're more likely to keep your job than someone who is better qualified but doesn't get along with their boss.
