In the Words of Non-Duality

What comes to mind when you hear the word “unique”? Is being “unique” good or is it bad? If unique means being yourself, being who you really are, then being unique is you being you. No one else can be you so there’s no comparison. It’s not good, it’s not bad, it just is.

In the world of Non-Duality we can use Duality if we hold the mindset of the Sage.?

Making a Decision from Your Heart

Electricians know not to touch electrical wires with their left hand because electricity enters the body from the left side. I have my clients put their left hand over their heart and their other hand on their forehead, when they are making a decision.?

When you place your left hand over your heart and your right hand over your forehead, it allows what is in your heart to get into your mind. This empowers you to make a decision with a calm body and a clear mind.

Decision Circles Exercise

Decision circles can be used as a stress relief technique. These circles, that you make with your fingers are a way to verbally list what will work for you, as well as what will not be beneficial for you.

Step 1: With each hand, connect the tips of your index finger and thumb to make a pot, a circle.

Step 2: In the left-hand pot put all of your thoughts that are creating negative emotions until you can’t think of anymore, then stop.

Step 3: In the right-hand pot put all of the positive emotions you can think of until you can’t think of anymore.?

Step 4: Turn your hands so your palms are facing up. Bring the sides of your hands together, forming a large cup. This mixes the energy of both pots. Now straighten your fingers, opening your hands. Blow across the palms of your hands, releasing the energy into the universe.

Your negative thoughts will be heavy and fall to the earth for cleansing.?

Your positive thoughts will be light and float to others to lighten their load as well as yours.

And the answer/decision you seek will become clear.“
