WORDS & MEANINGS WE USE; Psychic Words Dictionary by Dr. Rose Ann Schwab, PhD
Clairaudience - the power to hear sounds said to exist beyond the reach of ordinary experiences or capacity as the voices of the dead. To speak or hear psychically to ourselves, spirit guides or other people. Abilities such as guided writing, channeling, trans-Mediumship and telepathy.
Clairaudient (Clear Audio/Hearing)
To perceive sounds or words from sources broadcasting from a spiritual or ethereal realms.
Perception of messages in thought forms from an entity who exists in another realm. You 'hear' what they are saying in thought form messages. This is a form of channeling.
You may actually hear spirits talking or singing in your head yet there is no auditory sounds.
Many of us receive messages this way from spirit guides, or other entities. When a person loses a loved one they often receive messages from them. Often the messages is preceded by a floral fragrance.
Many of us become aware of this skill when we are in danger and that "little inner voice' sends a warning. This causes us to respond instantly though we are not sure why. In times of crises we tend to listen and trust what our thoughts tell us.
When the information comes through, there may be a pressure on top of the head (opening of the crown chakra), body sensation... chills, tingles, hair standing on end, or other sensations.
Clairvoyance -(3 eye) the paranormal power of seeing objects or actions beyond the range of natural vision. quick, intuitive knowledge of things and people. clear seeing) visualize images, including color, symbols, forms, metaphors & literal or figurative pictures of beings, events or ideas from the past, present, or future. this ability also pertains to being able to send this type of visual data.
Clairempathy (Clear "emotion")
To sense or "feel" within one's self, the attitude or emotions of another person. An Empath is a person who can psychically tune in to the emotional experience of a person, place or animal. Clairempathy is a type of telepathy to sense or feel within one's self, the attitude, emotion or ailment of another person or entity. Empaths tune into the vibrations and "feel" the tones of the aura.
Clairsentience (Clear sensation or feeling)
To perceive information by a 'feeling within the whole body" without any outer stimulation.
Experiencing other realities or entities through one or more of the five senses.
A tickling sensation on the hand or face during meditation. A pressure on the top of the head when talking or connecting with a Spirit. Hairs on the back of the neck standing on end when a spirit is near. A sensation in the left side of the face when talking with spirit. A floral smell. like gardenias. Funny how smokers - especially cigar smokers - can be experienced as spirits by the smell of a "good cigar"! A movement as a flick of white, purple, or blue light. Seeing shadows in the periphery of your field of vision.
Clairgustance (Clear tasting")
- To taste a substance without putting anything in the mouth.
- To perceive the essence of a substance through taste from the spiritual or ethereal realms
Clairtangency (Clear touching)
More commonly known as Psychometry. To handle an object or touch an area and perceive through the palms of one's hands, information about the article or it's owner or history, that was not previously known by the Clairtangent.
Clairvoyant (Clear vision)
To see into an ethereal dimension without using physical eyes or stimulation. To reach into another vibrational frequency and visually perceive "within the minds eye" something existing in that realm.
Clairvoyance is the art of 'seeing' with senses beyond the five we normally use. Clairvoyance is often called the 'sixth sense'. It is related to the images that are always present in your mind but you do not connect to. You will experience images, colors, and often animated scenes. In clairvoyance we 'see' with what is commonly called the 'third eye'. In the human body there is a gland called the pineal gland. It is located in the back area of the brain almost in the center of the head. This gland has degenerated from its original size comparable to a ping pong ball to its present size comparable to a pea, because we forgot how to use it a long time ago when our breathing patterns changed. The pineal gland looks like an eye, and in some respects, it is literally an eyeball. It is round and has an opening on one portion. In that opening is a lens for focusing light. It looks upward. It's hollow and it has color receptors inside. Just as the eyes on our face can look up to 90 degrees away from the direction they are set, the pineal gland can also 'look' as much as 90 degrees away from its set direction (up). And just as we cannot look out the back of our heads, the pineal gland cannot look down. Inside the pineal gland - even in its shrunken size - are all the geometries and understandings of exactly how reality was created. It's all there, in every person. Most of us lost our memories during the fall and are just now starting to re-member and access these geometries and understandings. Without our memories we started to breathe differently. Pranic energy used to flow right through the center of the pineal gland. Instead of taking in prana through the pineal gland and circulating it up and down our central tube, we started breathing it in through the nose and mouth. This caused the prana to bypass the pineal gland, which resulted in our seeing things in a totally different way, through a different interpretation of the reality called polarity consciousness. The result of this polarity consciousness has us thinking that we're inside a body looking out, somehow separated from what's out there. Mankind is evolving to a frequency where clairvoyance will be part of daily life. For many people this gift comes naturally - especially with children. Some people become clairvoyant after a unique experience such as a Near Death Experience, ET Abduction, high fever, serious accident, blow to the head area, or opening of the kundalini energies. Some people use chemical stimulants or hallucinogens to heighten their awareness. This is something I do not advise as the information may not be accurate and physical side effects may occur later on.
Clairvoyance connects to the right side of the brain - the feminine, creative, and intuitive aspects. That is why you may tend to feel physical sensations in on the left side of your body when you work clairvoyantly. The energy enters in through the left side of your body so as to activate the right side of your brain. Young children and teenagers still remember that there is a special connection between realities - but adults - unless having accessed these gifts in childhood - generally forget and move into 3D stuff to fill up their time. They leave the higher frequency work to their higher consciousness in dreamtime. They call / rely upon that connection only in times of emergency or when they ask for guidance from a higher aspect of themselves or a higher frequency being. (Somewhere in all of us is a knowing of something higher - though most people don't seek it out). Opening your clairvoyant gifts has to do with DNA activation of your encoded cellular memories, activations of your chakras, raising your frequency, balancing your energy bodies, your self esteem and the ability to trust in what you 'hear' and 'see', your emotional state (clearing issues that block / or influence the information you get), expanding your knowledge base in all areas of 3D. You can't read someone on a subject - or understand symbols on a specific subject if you have no knowledge of that subject. The brain will have no way of interpreting the language into something you can understand. You can explain what you see - but we like to give meaning to our imagery. Even with the archetypes we see in meditation, dreams, etc. - our brains need some sort of frame of reference if we are to understand. Of course with automatic writing and art we can look at what we 'get' after we are finished and wonder, "What does that represent?" Often we are clueless - yet at some point that which we receive will have meaning. A lot of messages received in automatic writing and art are reflections confusion within us. Once you have opened your clairvoyant gifts, it is like any other exercise - it gets easier and easier. Some people mediate daily not for these messages but just to keep their sheath bodies in balance. They receive few images - but like to relax and feel at peace. Every cell in our bodies is being affected by the raising frequencies of the planet. We are being activated whether we want to be or not. If those souls are merging back with others aspects of their multidimensional selves that are already in higher frequencies - which will be the case for most life forms who are still 'asleep' - then the transition will not be difficult - a bit confusing perhaps - but will be done quickly - as this all happens in a period of time that is so fast - we can not measure it - as there is no measurements. Hundreds of years ago - to possess the gift of clairvoyance - one was considered a witch - as unknown knowledge was 'feared' (the emotion which keeps us trapped on this planet). Anything connected to 'higher frequency' information was forbidden.
Mostly indigenous people. Humanity is returning to an age of enlightenment in which we are all activating and see the truth of our reality. At that time psychic abilities would be part of who we all are as we journey into awareness. Good luck on your journey.

Introduced to modern man by Edgar Cayce, the Edgar Cayce readings suggest that the Akashic Records teach of us the story of our lives through our thoughts, our deeds and our interactions with the rest of creation. This information has an effect upon us in the here and now. In fact, the Akashic Records have such an impact upon our lives and the potentials and probabilities we draw toward us that any exploration of them cannot help but to provide us with insights into the nature of ourselves and our relationship with the Universe.

In Judaism many mystics believe there are two versions of the bible, the written Bible, (The Torah and 5 books of Moses) and the verbal Bible, the Kabbalah. Jewish mystics believe that both versions were related to Moses on his visit to Mt. Sinai. The Kabbalah is the ancient Hebrew esoteric philosophy based on a mystical interpretation of the Bible - not the mundane. Jewish mystics believe the Bible is also a book within a book and that the Bible is actually telling humanity about the circuitry of the universe. The Kabbalah, in modern times, has also become merged with the numerological layers of the Hebrew alphabet and our Bible - more commonly known as The Bible code. It presents a symbolic explanation of the origin of the universe and relates all things to their supreme archetypes.
KARMA
The word karma is a Sanskrit term that means work, dead or act. It can also be interpreted to mean "cause and effect." Although agreeing with this concept, the Edgar Cayce readings make perhaps one of the most intriguing and unique philosophical contributions: the idea that karma can be defined as memory. It is not really a debt that must be paid, nor is it necessarily a set of specific circumstances and lessons that must be experienced because of deeds or misdeeds from the past. Karma is simply patterns of memory. It is a pool of information stored in the Akashic Records that the subconscious draws upon in the present.

A psychic practitioner who uses his or her psychic abilities during private or group sessions to psychically tune into a client's life in order to help the client deal with problems. Current forms of "new physics" emphasize the interconnectedness and inseparability of everything in the universe on a progressive scale from microcosm to macrocosm. At the quantum level, the new physics contends that objective reality may not exist and that it is meaningless to view things or objects as having any reality above and beyond the mind of the observer.

DEFINITIONS AND MEANINGS BEHIND SPECIFIC WORDS
ESP is direct transference of thought from one person (sender or agent) to another (receiver or percipient) without using the usual sensory channels of communication, hence a form of extrasensory perception (ESP). While the existence of telepathy has not yet been proved, some Para-psychological research studies have produced favorable results using such techniques as card guessing with a special deck of five sets of five cards. The agent may simply think of a random order of the five card symbols while the percipient tries to think of the order on which the agent is concentrating. In a general ESP test the sender concentrates on the face of one card at a time while the receiver tries to think of the symbol. Both subjects are, of course, separated by a screen or some greater obstacle or distance. Scores significantly above chance are extremely rare, particularly as testing methods have become more rigorous.
Precognition is supernormal knowledge of future events, with emphasis not upon mentally causing events to occur but upon predicting those the occurrence of which the subject claims has already been determined. Like telepathy and clairvoyance, precognition is said to operate without recourse to the normal senses and thus to be a form of extrasensory perception (esp.).
There is a long tradition of anecdotal evidence for foreseeing the future in dreams and by various devices such as observing the flight of birds or examining the entrails of sacrificial animals. Precognition has been tested with subjects required to predict the future order of cards in a deck about to be shuffled or to foretell results of dice throws, but the statistical support for it has generally been less convincing than that from experiments in telepathy and clairvoyance.
Telepathy is instinctual. Primitive species used it as a survival mechanism. It involves mind to mind contact - communication - of one mind with another by means beyond the normal or ordinary - beyond the frequencies of the five physical senses - sight, hearing, touch, taste, smell.
It is the 'instinct' in humanity that creates the ability that we call telepathy, clairvoyance, psychic abilities, etc.
We have forgotten have how to rely on our basic instincts, which is intuition, because of our reliance on ego-consciousness.
When I do a psychic reading on someone I am communicating telepathically with the client's soul their thoughts their spirit guides - deceased loved ones another aspect of their soul - existing elsewhere their timelines
The messages are given in symbols - through thought (clairaudience) or visually (clairaudience)
Telekinesis is Movement of objects from one place to another without using physical contact. The re-shaping of objects using the mind's energies, such as bending a spoon, or key, by just holding it and focusing.
Telekinesis is created by higher levels of consciousness. It can not be created by 'wishing it' to happen on the physical level. The energy to move or bend an object is created by a person's thoughts created by their subconscious mind.
Your energy levels must be very high. The desire to move or break or bend an object must exist in a level of though we do not as yet have control over with the 10% of the brain human's presently use.
Primitive man used telekinesis instinctively as a form of survival. Today we do not remember how to access that part of our brain.
There are teachers who can help develop this skill to some degree, but I do not know of any teacher who can help you develop telekinesis so that you can use it 'at will' in our present third dimensional reality.
Teenagers are most wanting to develop telekinesis and other higher skills such as telepathy, as they know they will use them in their lifetime. On an intuitive level they know we are shifting reality soon where this ability and others will be open to humans once again. This is linked to Poltergeist activity - wherein the mind of a teenager at puberty can move objects - such a throwing plates. The teenager may also show telepathic abilities.
If you are going to sit and stare at an object and 'will it' to move, bend, or break--it probably won't! If you can learn to tap into your higher levels of consciousness. become 'one' with the object--as all things are connected in the universe--then see the object bend or move--you might be have some degree of success. This takes a trained, focused mind, which usually comes from years of meditation. It is done with your mind relaxed, raising your energy levels, then making the changes.
If you seek the gift of telekinesis, you most likely have other gifts. Develop them as well. You might suddenly find yourself telepathic in the future when you least expect it! Good luck!
A séance generally involves communication between the physical realms and one or more entities in other dimensions.
A 'medium' usually is the vehicle who contacts the spirit world. I have acted as a 'medium' for many séances. I have personally never had a negative experience.
As a psychic reader I speak with deceased entities in many of my daily readings. I do not consider these experiences - séances as there is none of the fan-fare involved with a séance as we associate the word.
You really don't have to do 'spooky stuff' to call spirits! Spirits are around us all the time and are generally ready to communicate if someone in third dimension is able to tap into their frequency.
A group of people mentally calling to spirits will create a stronger energy field than one person. That is why people often feel that group energy is needed.
Many people have written to me about a séance they are about to have. There are many factors that one has to consider - especially with teenagers are around as their energies sometimes attract souls that are dysfunctional.
When souls pass over that does not mean they leave their issues behind. This is especially true when souls leave quickly and don't have time to complete karma with those left behind. Those souls most often want to communicate immediately and seek out ways to do so.
Psychometry is the ability to read and tune into an object so that you can give details about it, it owners and its history.
The main use of Psychometry is in identifying its owner - and their experiences.
The auric field of the object contains within it the information of all that the object has come into contact with. Much like a diary or file of events. When you are sensitive enough you are able to tune into that field, and you can then access and see those memories that are stored. You can then use them to identify whom the object belongs to, that person and their feelings, and also a number of other things about both the item and the owner.
Many mediums use Psychometry as a means to obtaining a link with the person that they are reading for - the object gives them a focus to help them to sharpen and heighten there abilities. Police investigations have used psychometrists on items belonging to victims - or clues left at the scenes of crimes to try and identify criminals and cure crimes.
The term psychometric was coined in 1842 by an American physician and scientist, J Rhodes Buchanan who spent a large part of his life exploring psychic phenomenon. He made the word from the Greek word Psyche, meaning soul and metron meaning measure. Therefore a literal translation would be soul measuring.
Choosing the right object upon which to practice is important - beginners are better off using an object that does not have mixture of vibrations from a variety of people. Something that is regularly worn or used by the same person is excellent - particularly jewelry and watches which are worn almost daily.
Avoid practicing on gemstones or crystals as they have strong vibrations of there own.
It may be necessary for you to say what you feel to start with - and in doing this you may feel unsure. But don't be afraid to ask a few questions to get you started, but don't fish for info - if you do you are only fooling yourself.
Settle yourself comfortably with the object in your hands. Visualize white light entering your body from above and flowing down through you. This may take time - but don't rush yourself. Say what you think or feel as you sit there. Gently rub the item with your finger tips and allow images or thoughts to form in your mind.
Don't be put off if the first few attempts produce no results - this is quite normal. It can take time to learn to tune in enough for it to work.
Also if the owner of an object says that things you say aren't right - don't feel disheartened. Ask them how long they have had the object and whether they know its previous history. It could be that you have tuned into a previous owner or some such thing.
Dreams are a communication of body, mind and spirit in a symbolic communicative environmental state of being. That's it! Now that you are thoroughly confused let me explain in a more down to earth language. Our brains are in constant activity. Different states of consciousness (like awake, asleep, alert, drowsy, excited, bored, concentrating or daydreaming) cause different brain wave activity. Our conscious mind, or the part we think with, our "window" into life, only takes up a very small portion of our brain activity. (some say this is only 10%) Other areas control things like breathing, heartbeat, converting light to vision, sound to hearing, balance when we walk, etc. etc. This too has it's own percentage (small). Another area controls imagination. This area is widely an undiscovered frontier. Imagination is more then dreaming of a new car or picturing someone with their cloths off! When you look at clouds and see shapes, or wood grain and see images, this is the "order from chaos" part of your imagination. The mind cannot deal with chaos very well, in fact it will resist it and sometimes manufacture order. (very important to the dreaming process.) This too occupies a small percentage of brain activity. Then there is memory. Memory is vast! And I believe it occupies more of the brains resources then most people believe.
And then there is the activity called dreaming. I think that to a certain extent, we dream all the time. Even while awake! But the process is functioning in our subconscious mind, out of view from our "window". If defined precisely, they may not be referred to as dreams technically, but the activity is very closely related. During certain cycles of brain activity while asleep, we can "view" these dreams with our conscious mind and record them in our memory. (this is why we sometimes remember them).
Fine, but what are dreams? Well, with the above kept in mind (especially the order from chaos part) try to imagine this.; Your brain mind and spirit, while at rest "review" and analysis in it's own way long term, short term and spirit memory. It kicks around emotions, thoughts, ideas, actions and interactions of the short term memory. It has in its background the trends of your life and philosophy to influence it. Your mind is also processing spiritual data, your beliefs, whether or not you violated them, your information gained through psychic intuition (we ALL have this to a certain degree) and of course, any communication from God. ALL THIS data, as well as your subconscious "reading between the lines" of what people do and tell you, is then processed unsupervised by you! All this data is a form of chaos, and your mind (like seeing images in wood grain or clouds) puts it all together in a form of visual "screenplay", a medley of sight, sound, emotion and imagined interactivity. The end result is.... You guessed it, a dream!
But would it not be nice if it were that simple! Dreams are easily influenced by factors in your life and spirit, and these influences create "categories" that are almost infinite. We do broadly categorize them in terms like "prophetic, standard, physical and nightmare" (to name just a few) And these we study each their own, in order to gain benefit from them. I look at it this way: Our mind and spirit together with our brain, is actually the greatest computer ever devised! To understand its "back of the house" processing is to learn more about ourselves, God, our future and each other. Many things can be gained from dreams, better health (mental and physical), entertainment and even financial gain! (dreaming of a invention or idea) Now that you know some of the basics about dreaming and what (theoretically) dreams are you should have a better grasp on how to understand and use your dreams.
