TIS THE SEASON OF MANY GREETINGS AND EMOTIONS ... WARM AND LOVING, and SADNESS AND LONELINESS.? Because of the emotional energy of the season, we often pay more attention to our words that we use in our greetings.....? our words when being joyful ... our words when?seeing someone after a long absence ...? our words when we don;t know the person....?the point being -? we pay attention to the words we use because our words matter!???

OUR WORDS MATTER IN BUSINESS ALSO --- ALL YEAR LONG!? Paying close attention to the words we use can make a huge difference in our success.? Devoting time to studying the right words to use in our business communications is a worthy endeavor.? ..??

FOR STARTERS, DO YOU KNOW THE "WORDS" YOUR BUYERS RESPOND TO???At all stages of their "buying" interest??
