Most of the resumes are done in word documents, search engine will go through your document, however if a search criteria is applies search engine will go through the documents using those keyword criteria specified, once there is a match it won’t go through the rest of the document and the profile is short listed, these keyword are located within your word document header, follow these steps to add your own keywords based on your target job and how you want to be found.
