The Indian consumer market is also evolving, with people buying more than ever, both online and in-store. This growing consumerism highlights the need for online and offline channels to co-exist, creating a seamless shopping experience across both spaces.
Examples like Warby Parker and Lenskart, which moved from digital to physical stores, validate this trend. In fact, 90% of retailers report making over half their sales in physical stores, showcasing the power of offline channels.

Many D2C founders come from diverse, non-retail backgrounds, bringing innovation but lacking traditional retail expertise.
