Dear Friends, I have studied healing, spiritual wisdom, and how to live the life of the Masters in everyday life since I was a child.
I was given a dire diagnosis fifty-seven years ago at the age of fifteen. At first, I was devastated. Upon reflection, I decided I would live a long, healthy life.
I had to break the rules of the culture and family, do deep research, and follow my own path to wellness and spirituality.
It has been a fantastic journey of learning and becoming.
I have had many losses and disappointments that might have taken me down and out, and instead, I decided to focus on solutions, not victimization or the beliefs of others.
I found many wonderful, wise, educated people along the way.
I had to put all of the pieces together for myself.
I constantly asked questions and wanted to know how to live a fulfilling, healthy life.
The most critical piece and foundation for all of us is to follow our wisdom and be true to ourselves even when no one else agrees.
I was more curious about answers and fulfillment than staying stuck in the problems.
Yes, we have to be warriors for ourselves. This is not a life for passive people.
Dad taught me to use my will to accomplish things.
I realized that the best way to use our will is to live in alignment with our true selves and what is valuable to us.
As more people from all walks of life awaken to greater possibilities, it is important not to downplay or minimize our wisdom and knowledge. ?
This growth in our world excites me as I have been living this all my life. More people than ever are ready to imagine and live far beyond what has been lived before.
Awareness and understanding of all levels of our existence are grounding and also assist us in being positive and productive in our lives. ?
Ancient knowledge offers us the wisdom of the ages to navigate life and health and create a better Earth. ?
Occasionally, I hear people integrating their healing and spiritual work into their lives call it woo-woo. ?
Those who are not comfortable with all they are learning and are afraid of being judged will call it woo-woo to avoid being made fun of by others.
This is sad to me as it disrespects all we are sharing in myriad ways to improve ourselves.
I work with people from all walks of life who are open and ready to live their best lives with wisdom and grace. ?
We are returning to our wholeness.
Although, looking at the news and politics, it seems we are going backward. These disappointments inspire us to release complacency and take action for all of us now. ?

I find that woo-woo occurs when people have limited understanding and use their ego instead of divine wisdom in their practices and tools. ?
Growth is needed. Questions need to be asked.
I have studied with many teachers and masters, participated at many levels of study, and found it powerful to keep open to more wisdom and clarity.
This is a journey for all of us in this life, before and beyond. We are never done, and we have much to continue to grow into. ?
Woo-woo might be appropriate when we think we know it all and have missing pieces to our learning, try to make some learning into a business quickly, or want to take advantage of people instead of helping them.?
For the most part I find people have good purpose and are not woo-woo at all.
Please honor spiritual wisdom and healing as sacred and full of wonder as you learn, grow, and integrate them into your life. ?
We experience profound healing, better relationships, answers and solutions to difficult questions, more peace and presence, and more productive and enjoyable work and play.

4 个月Personally, I don’t care if someone who is beginning this path calls it woo-woo. I’m just happy that they’re beginning… And they are courageous enough to practice my favorite line from your article, which is: The most critical piece and foundation for all of us is to follow our wisdom and be true to ourselves even when no one else agrees.
