Sakshi Agarwal , tell us a little bit about your role. How do your work days typically look like??

As a Team Leader, a normal day involves generating leads, networking with organisations, and collaborating with several teams to ultimately provide a seamless customer experience. Our main goal is to establish ourselves as a reliable compliance business partner for enterprises.?

How do you unwind at the end of the day??

For me, taking care of myself is a crucial part of being able to perform well at work. After a long day, I like to unwind by spending time alone, going for a walk, mindful breathing and meditating, listening to soulful music, and speaking to my close friends. I find that talking things out with my close pals helps me become more sensible, logical, and resolute. This, in turn, helps me maintain a positive outlook towards work and life. Similarly, my experience at Allsec demonstrates that a work-life balance is crucial for maintaining a positive outlook towards work and life.?

Can you share your personal experience on how Allsec has contributed to helping you maintain this balance?
