In today's world, there's a common thought among women, one that feels more like a fear. It's about how we often hold back from chasing big dreams or launching big projects, even when we're bursting with desire and potential. Why? Because deep down, there's this nagging thought that eventually, HE won't choose me, I'll end up alone, or I'll make more money than a man, and then, who would want me?
I've been there, feeling that fear firsthand. I've passed up on three or four amazing opportunities because I was worried I'd earn too much and somehow fail to build a normal relationship. My mom always said, "Remember, a man is supposed to lead. You have to let him be in charge, he's supposed to be bigger, better at everything, and you? You're supposed to be right there behind him, supporting his big dreams." But here's a twist: those successful, driven men who are out there making big things happen, actually admire women who are accomplished, resourceful, and interesting - women who have their own achievements and can share that kind of energy and experience.
So, how do you navigate such a partnership? How do you share experiences without diminishing yourself or holding back your full potential? The simple answer is: you don't. The best approach is to stay true to yourself, harness your energy, and go after what you truly want.
At the end of the day, women are natural leaders. We can lead big projects and reach impressive milestones by following our instincts and desires.

When it comes to female leadership, there are basically two routes:
1. You could go the authoritarian route, setting strict goals and constantly chasing your team to meet them.
2. Or, you could choose to energize and inspire your team, understand their personal goals and help them achieve those alongside the project's goals.
I've found the most success with the second option - being an inspiring leader who understands and supports her team. For example, I sold an IT startup for $50 million dollars by staying true to myself, happy and balanced, building harmonious relationships.
For me, woman leaders are someone who can really connect with people using their strengths, empathy, and kindness. Driven men are usually attracted to such confident and lively women.
Absolutely, women can excel in leadership while enjoying fulfilling relationships. Aristotle once hinted that excellence is a habit, not an act - a reminder for us all, regardless of gender. Let's champion a world where professional success and personal happiness are not mutually exclusive. ?? #WomenInLeadership #WorkLifeBalance
