What aspect of working for in-tech do you enjoy the most?

The work atmosphere at in-tech is truly exceptional. The friendly vibe permeates our office, and it is refreshing to be part of a company where collaboration and mutual respect are deeply ingrained.

Another stand out aspect I like about in-tech is the space it provides for its team members to voice their opinions and ideas. From team meetings to project discussions, I’ve always felt encouraged to speak up and contribute. It is incredibly rewarding to be part of a company that actively listens to its employees and values their perspectives.

What is your favourite company value?

That would be the company’s emphasis on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.? The flexibility offered by the company has been a game-changer for me. It allows me to juggle my work responsibilities effectively while still having time for personal pursuits. This balance has significantly contributed to my overall well-being and job satisfaction.

1.???? I love working out but when it comes to diets, I'm a rebel without a meal plan!

2.???? Give me a map and a pair of trekking shoes and I'm in my happy place! Traveling and Trekking are my joy boosters.

3.???? Call me a professional shopper! Whether it is clicking online or strolling through stores, I'm a shopaholic with no plans of slowing down!
