A Women's History Month Message from Jyoti Chopra

Today is International Women's Day and is being marked around the world with the theme of embracing equity. We at MGM Resorts are filled with a deep appreciation for the invaluable contributions of women across the globe and within our company. Throughout history, we have seen the spirit and determination of women become an unstoppable force, breaking down barriers and paving the way for future generations.?

As we celebrate the achievements of women today and throughout Women’s History Month, let’s also acknowledge that there is still work to be done to ensure that women have equal opportunities and treatment in all areas of life. At MGM Resorts, we will continue to take concrete steps to develop a more inclusive workplace and combat inequity in our communities. This includes investing in programs that support the development and advancement of women in our organization and throughout our supply chain by promoting diversity and inclusion in our hiring and sourcing practices.?

At MGM Resorts, we have many programs and policies designed to support the personal and professional growth of women and others in our company. The Professional Women ENG is a hub for leadership and professional development that expands access to skill building and the opportunity to meet others at MGM Resorts. Our Mentorship Program, designed to further enhance knowledge, skills and abilities and to lend support through a one-to-one pairing with a mentor, is available to our employees who desire to invest in their careers or seek coaching and guidance from others in the company.?

The Pathways Educational Opportunities Program provides tuition-free higher education through the Nevada System of Higher Education, tuition reimbursement for degree programs from any nationally accredited institution and student loan debt assistance to help reduce the burden of existing loans.?

On this International Women's Day, let us all recommit to continuing our progress toward gender equity within our company and throughout the world.
