Women's History Month I Celebrate my Mom

This month we celebrate women all over the world.

We can all think of amazing women that?have inspired us, motivated us and encouraged?us. I want to take this time to share my inspiration and my role model.

My Mom,

Wife, grandmother, great-grandmother, community supporter and serial entrepreneur.

My mom is the strongest person I know. She raised three children, a host of nieces, nephews and members of the community that called her "momma"

My mom worked for more than 35 years, as a nurse, in a children's hospital.

My mom at the age of retirement purchased her first business, our family?business (a nightclub)

My mom at the age of retirement purchased her second business working them simultaneously. ( a second nightclub)

My mom provided a safe haven for the community kids to fundraise for cheerleading/football and baseball teams.?

My mom paid off each business within the first year.

My mom was there for me during my divorce.

My mom helped me start my business.

My mom supported me, encouraged me and pushed me to take this entrepreneurial opportunity.

My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer, at the age of 89, had a mastectomy and now lives cancer-free.

My mom moves a bit slower now.

My mom needs more help now than before.

My mom doesn't remember as much these days..

My mom is tired now.

My mom is still my inspiration.

My mom is my best friend.

I celebrate her today and everyday.
