Women’s History Month Employee Spotlight: Meet Stephanie Donley

Regency360 recognizes the importance of honoring the achievements and contributions of women in various fields. In celebration of Women's History Month, we're shining a spotlight on the remarkable women who have made significant impacts within our workplace. These women serve as leaders, mentors, and a source of inspiration for us all.

Today we are kicking off our Women’s History Month Employee Spotlight series with Stephanie Donley , Director of Account Management for our KAM Team.

1. Briefly share your background and what brought you to your current role at Regency?

I was born and raised in the Midwest for most of my life and graduated college at Ball State University with a major in Hospitality and Food Management. I quickly realized that I enjoyed the customer service side of the business and wanted to venture to new opportunities that better fit my strengths. In 2014, I was presented with an opportunity for a Key Account Management role with Regency 360, and I knew it would be a good fit for future growth in my career and personal life. I worked in the Chicago market for six years and then extended to more of a nationwide account manager for all different types of customers. I was promoted in 2021 to Director of Account Management and have thoroughly enjoyed working with my counterpart, Caitlin Mahan, and the team to continue growth for our customers!

2.?How do you keep yourself motivated to learn and grow in your career???

Regency 360 continues to bring new capabilities and services to our systems and platforms, allowing continued growth for our customers. These actions enable me to learn new things about our industry and provide the best experience possible to my customers to build that trusting business relationship.

3. What does Women’s History Month mean to you??

Women’s History Month is a time for everyone to recognize the achievements women, both past and present, have made for our society. This is important to me because it helped pave the way for women in the workforce to succeed and be more influential within their industries. Regency 360 has always allowed me to grow within the organization and has promoted women in the workforce!

4. Who do you see as the leading female role models in your company??

If I could write a more extended section on this, I would, as all the women in our organization have brought so much value to Regency 360. For my growth within the company, I would like to recognize Stephanie Page. She gave me the tools to help me succeed in the role I am in today. I struggled with taking direction and problem-solving early on in my career, and she could go beyond job task training and teach me the intangibles to be a strong, successful woman in this industry.

5. Most influential?woman in your life??

Without a doubt, my Mother Judy. Words can’t even describe how wonderful of a person she is inside and out. As a newly working mom, I did not realize some of the hardships of managing it all daily would be, and I think back to when I was a child and how my mom made it seem so easy juggling it all. She never missed a beat and was always there for my brother and me for every event, extra-curricular activity, or to go to the park and play. She worked nights and weekends for a time to make sure our lives stayed normal. She has influenced me to be hard-working, kind, and loving, which I hope to instill in my growing family and daily job.

6. Where are you located today?

In 2023, my husband and I decided to make a change in scenery and moved to Delray Beach, Florida with our growing family!
