Women's Fund Hires Development Manager

The Women’s Fund for the Fox Valley Region hired Terri St. Lawrence as its first development manager.

?Continued growth at the Women’s Fund led the organization to create the development manager position to develop and implement strategies to diversify and expand its fundraising in support of its mission and vision for the future.

?“We are so excited to have been able to create this position and have Terri join our team. With this new role, the Women’s Fund will be able to expand its impact to better serve the needs of women and girls in our community,” said Julie Keller, executive director of the Women’s Fund.

?St. Lawrence joins the Women’s Fund from the Oshkosh Area United Way where she served as the impact and outreach specialist, which included facilitating the annual community grant application process and built relationships with the funded programs to ensure they were successful and created a lasting, positive impact.

?Prior to the Oshkosh Area United Way, St. Lawrence worked at Agnesian HealthCare in Fond du Lac where she worked in program development and outreach.

?“I’ve been told I am a natural at engaging individuals in meaningful conversations. Because of that, I’ve cultivated many significant relationships that have inspired others to take positive action in their lives,” she said. “My role at the Women’s Fund is about listening, learning and moving forward together. This position is more about building trusting relationships and helping individuals make a difference in their lives and with their money.”

Great opportunity and people! Congrats!
