1.?????What encouraged you to choose the Quality department to pursue your career aspirations?
Seed quality is the responsibility of the Quality Assurance department to precisely assess and preserve the quality of the seed so without QA, a single seed will not go to the market. It’s like the backbone of the company.
2.?????How have you handled multiple responsibilities with ease?
I will plan my work day by day with a list of important with no urgent so that I can easily handle multiple tasks in tough times also.
3.?????What do you think helped you get so far in your career?
The knowledge about the subject, confidence in work, more focus on multiple tasks and multiple skills

7.?????Which woman or women inspire you and why?
My mother and Infosys founder Sudha Murthy. Mother sets an inspirational example to me teaching me how to live life and make wise choices, even in the most uncertain situations and Sudha Murthy?stands by the belief that money always changes hands and that giving back to society fosters significant goodwill.
8.?????What’s your favorite thing about being a woman?
We are the best multi-taskers ever and we can dress up well
9.?????What is the message you want to send to young women thinking about a career in the agriculture industry?
Agriculture is more effective compared to any other private sector and young women have a good career in agriculture because agriculture is the backbone of India and the world’s future depends on agriculture.
