To The Women Who Know They Are Meant For More

Do you have a desire in your heart to create something "more" in your life?? It could be a desire to launch your own business, uplevel your education or get that next level career promotion.? 1.? It's OK to want more.? A lot of people, women especially, have been conditioned to "accept what we get and not get upset".? Sometimes we fear that we will seem ungrateful or selfish if we want more when we already have so much.? What I've come to believe through my coaching work is that having an inner desire for more is a gift.? A consistent yearning for something more is a clue to your life purpose and personal fulfillment.? If you want more, just know you are in good company.?

2.? The inner desire is an important distinction from feeling pushed to do something from the external world.? In fact, it's often not until we stop trying to please others and do the things we "should do" that we open up to our true callings and deepest desires.

3.? Being stuck in indecision doesn't mean you aren't smart or innovative.? In fact, it may well be the opposite.? You see, smart, analytical women are trained to look for "how" to create something before moving forward.? But, when it comes to life purpose, callings, and creative work, the "how" is often invisible until you start.? It's only after you begin moving down the path of creating what you want that you can see the how laid out in front of you.? Needing to know how you're going to reach your goal, create your next level or launch your business is a large part of what keeps people stuck.

But don't despair, there is a way forward... enter the coaching method.? As a coach, I am trained to help you see your blindspots, to see objectively where you are in fear, paralysis or hiding and to show you how you can move forward by designing an action plan with you.? I am there every step of the way with you, so when your fear gremlins (which just want to keep you safe by the way) come out, I can help you quiet them down and return to path that's leading you directly to your desired "uplevel".??

Not only that, I am trained in advanced coaching techniques that have the power to shift your limiting beliefs to empowered beliefs and to heal the core wounds that cause you to play small, hide, feel like you're not good enough, or that you don't deserve more, and all those other inner-critic scripts that you were conditioned to believe.??

Resetting your beliefs is the key to fast acting and long lasting change in your life!

If you've been around me at all, you know that BELIEFS lead to our THOUGHTS and our EMOTIONS and these lead to our BEHAVIOURS.??So, if you want to change your behaviours so you can create something different in your life, career or business, the BEST place to do that is at the level of BELIEFS.

You could change your thoughts, that's mindset work.? And it does work, but you need to keep plugging away at it over and over and over and over.

And upgrading your emotional intelligence is always a great idea and I do some of that in my work as well, but it's not going to create quick shifts in your behaviours.

If you want a quick shift in your behaviours so that you can reach a new level and have more of what you want in your life, career or business, your best bet is to hire a coach who can help you see the subconscious beliefs that are running the show 95% of the time.? Because these beliefs are subconscious you can't see them, but a trained coach can.? And an advanced coach will skillfully guide you through exercises so you can see them too and change them to core beliefs that uplift you rather than hinder you.?

I always love this moment in my coaching sessions, where my client has that A-HA moment of really seeing that belief.? In that moment, change begins.? There is a shift and a healing that happens in that moment that replaces the limiting belief with an empowered belief in what's possible.? ?It's like the fog lifts. Suddenly what seemed so difficult becomes so much easier; what seemed confusing becomes clear; and what seemed scary becomes exciting but do-able.

In the days after this kind of session, it's common for me to hear from clients that they "feel so much better but they don't really know why", they "feel uplifted and like it's all possible", and they often say "why have I been waiting so long to do this".?

Within a week or so I often hear back from them about a bunch of action steps they've just taken - the same actions that they had told me in their initial session they "couldn't do".? And now they've taken those steps with such ease! It's really incredible!?

I absolutely love seeing this transformation from impossible to possible.? And I KNOW that the world is made better by every awakened woman who is empowered to bring more of her gifts into the world!
