Coming from one of only three women in a group of twenty-five leaders it was a wake up call to the team.
The point had been made and there was very little argument against what she had just said.
Professional. Yet profound.
The ratio of men to women in the conference room was a shameful corporate truth. However, that didn’t stop her from making the case.
What would happen if all the three women in the room had chosen to speak out? How about the organization getting to be 10X more successful.
