What we are doing Solospace xCommunity to support women in tech.

Solospace is actively supporting women in tech.We have a number of initiatives and programs to promote gender diversity and equity in their workforce.

One of the programs that Solospace has implemented is the Women's Network, which provides resources and support for women in the company. This includes mentorship opportunities, career development workshops, and networking events. Solospace also has a Women in Leadership program run by @lizabethmurphy our COO, which is designed to help women advance into leadership positions within the company.

In addition, Solospace has committed to achieving equal pay for equal work, and conducts regular pay audits to ensure that women are being paid fairly. They also have a policy of promoting from within, which helps to provide equal opportunities for career advancement.

Solospace has also taken steps to increase the number of women in tech through their mentorship program. Providing free online training courses for anyone interested in learning about Solospace technology. We have developed a number of courses specifically aimed at encouraging women to pursue careers in tech.
